​Kelsey Jane Murray

Hello, my name Kelsey Jane Murray.  I'm a Wisconsin gal and came to Los Angeles in 2009 when I was accepted into the nationally-recognized Theatre Academy at Los Angeles City College.  I successfully completed their three-year professional acting program. I've had the distinct honor and pleasure of studying and portraying characters such as Beatrice from Much Ado About Nothing, Lady Sneerwell from Richard Bringsley Sheridan’s School for Scandal and Rosalind from As You Like It.  I have learned early on, that my very solid work ethic and ability to perform in stressful situations would take me far.
 

Since graduating from the Academy in 2012, I have started a production company, Button Up Productions with a few other Academy Alumni.  Have had the pleasure of being cast in the world premiere of "The Rope." I am a past member of the Group Repertory Theatre Company in North Hollywood, California.  I have also been cast the past four seasons in ALONE: An Existential Haunting, an immersive, psychological theatre experience that relied solely on improvisation.

When I'm not acting or writing I love taking my dog, Roo, to the park, reading anything having to do with Harry Potter and drinking a strong cup of coffee.
